WEIGHTAGE OF MARKS (10%): A weightage of 1.5 marks for every Completed period of 6 months of satisfactory service rendered as MPEOs/ ATMs & BTMs of ATMA in Agriculture Department to a maximum of 15 marks. The Service Certificate should be issued by the Joint Director of Agriculture /Project Directors, ATMA of the concerned District. The service rendered for less than 6 months shall be treated as NIL.
The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts shall be based on the merit in the OMR based written examination, to be held as per the scheme of examination enunciated at para 10 above. Government reserves the right to decide cut off marks. The maximum qualifying marks to the candidates of various categories, will be decided basing on the need.
Where the candidates get equal number of marks in the OMR based written examination if two or more candidates get equal total number of marks, those candidates shall be bracketed. Candidates within the same bracket shall then be ranked 1, 2, 3 etc., according to age i.e., oldest being considered for admission. In case there is tie in age, the person who possesses educational qualification at earlier date would be considered.
The appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the appropriate medical classification, and if he/she is of sound health, active habits and free from any bodily defect or infirmity. In the event of a candidate getting selected to a post, he/she should stay/reside in the village where he/she is posted.

The candidate has to choose a district of his/her choice for appearing for the OMR based written examination. He/she can accordingly indicate the order of preference of 3 districts among which he/she will be allotted to one of the examinations centres as per administrative convenience. The decision of the Department in all aspects and all respects pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, conduct of examination and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned, Department also reserves its right to alter and modify the terms and conditions laid down in the notification for conducting the various stages up to selection, duly intimating details thereof to all concerned, as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process, or as deemed necessary by the Department at any stage.
Answer Sheet: The AP Village Agriculture Assistant Candidate should hand over the OMR Answer Sheet personally to the Invigilator on duty before he/she leaves the Examination Hall.
