Qualify Marks for Interview
The candidates who secure a minimum of 33o/o or more marks in each written examination papers and 450/o of marks out of aggregate total marks in the written examination papers shall be eligible for viva-voce. 0n the other hand, it will further mean that selection for viva-voce shall be based on the aggregate total marks secured in the written examination papers and subject to ratio 1:3. The candidates securing less than 330/o of marks in any of written examination paper shall not be eligible for appearing in the viva voce.
Marks thus obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination (Written part as well as interview would determine their final ranking. Candidates will be allotted to the various services keeping in view their ranks in the examination and the option exercised by them for various services and posts.
Cut Off
The commission shall decide cut off marks based on several factors like total number of vacancies, total number of candidates in each stage, level of difficulties, reservation norms based on various categories, marking allotment scheme and last year cut off trends’ The commission shall device methodology for determining cut off marks at their level and it shall be published in their website.
Read Candidates for Important Instruction
Candidates Are Not Allowed To Carry Any Electronic/Mechanical Communication Device Including Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphone, Tablet Etc. Calculators, Books, Scale Or Drawing Instruments Are Not Allowed Inside The Examination Hall. The Commission Shall Not Be Responsible For Safe Custody Of Mobile Phones Etc.
And As Such Will Have No Liability In Case Of Loss Or Damage. No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Hall until an hour has elapsed from the commencement of the examination nor during the last 30 minutes of the allotted time without submitting the Booklets.
Answer Sheet: The Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service Candidate should hand over the OMR Answer Sheet personally to the Invigilator on duty before he/she leaves the Examination Hall. No candidate shall be allowed to go to Toilet / Urinal during the last 30 minutes of Examination. No candidate will be admitted to the Examination Hall 20 minutes after commencement of the examination. The candidate will be admitted to take the examination at the Centre specified in the Admission Certificate only and at no other Centre.
