Bihar state co-operative marketing union ltd. (BISCOMAUN) is an apex cooperative society formerly registered under section 11 of Bihar cooperative societies Act 1935, having its registration no.12 (p) 1950. From the day of its operation BISCOMAUN was operating in Bihar but in November 2000, Jharkhand State came in to the existence after separation from Bihar and BISCOMAUN operations got divided in to two state such as Bihar & Jharkhand. Due to the legal compulsion under section 103 of Multi State Co-operative Society Act 2002, BISCOMAUN become Multi State Co-operative society.
The prime objective of setting up BISCOMAUN was to ensure timely supply of good quality agricultural inputs, to ensure a fair price to the farmers by marketing their agricultural produce and adding value to it by providing a network/platform of Multi Purpose Godowns, Cold Storage and Processing Facilities.

Candidates Are Not Allowed To Carry Any Electronic/Mechanical Communication Device Including Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphone, Tablet Etc. Calculators, Books, Scale Or Drawing Instruments Are Not Allowed Inside The Examination Hall. The Commission Shall Not Be Responsible For Safe Custody Of Mobile Phones Etc.
And As Such Will Have No Liability In Case Of Loss Or Damage. No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Hall until an hour has elapsed from the commencement of the examination nor during the last 30 minutes of the allotted time without submitting the Booklets.
Answer Sheet: The BISCOMAUN MTS Candidate should hand over the OMR Answer Sheet personally to the Invigilator on duty before he/she leaves the Examination Hall. No candidate shall be allowed to go to Toilet / Urinal during the last 30 minutes of Examination. No candidate will be admitted to the Examination Hall 20 minutes after commencement of the examination. The candidate will be admitted to take the examination at the Centre specified in the Admission Certificate only and at no other Centre.
