WEIGHTAGE OF MARKS (10%)
Ten (10%) percentage of marks as weightage is allowed only for the existing outsourcing/contract employees who are already working in the posts relating to the notified posts in the department, who fulfil the following norms:

The Department has the power to assign a candidate to any of the notified posts for which he is considered to be qualified and eligible, subject to fulfilling the selection criterion. ELECTRONIC GADGETS BANNED
The use of any mobile (even in switched off mode), pager, scientific calculator or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches etc., or camera or blue tooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the examination is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations. Candidates are advised, in their own interest, not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones/ pagers to the venue of the examination, as arrangement for safe – keeping cannot be assured.
DEPARTMENTS DECISION TO BE FINAL: The decision of the Department in all aspects and all respects pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, conduct of examination and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned and also reserves its right to alter and modify the terms and conditions laid down in the notification for conducting the various stages up to selection, duly intimating details thereof to all concerned, as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process, or as deemed necessary by the Department at any stage.
QUALIFYING IN THE EXAMINATION
Candidates will have to pass in each of the objective test. The passing marks in each of the test will be decided by the on the basis of the performance of all the competing candidates taken together in each test to a minimum required level.
Marks obtained in the Online test will be reckoned for shortlisting for interview. Accordingly, candidates will be called for interview. Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the Online test will be called for the interview in the ratio of 1:5. Mere eligibility/ pass in the test shall not vest any right for being called for interview. The list of candidates shortlisted for interview, will be made available on website.
Answer Sheet: The AP Ward Amenities Secretary Candidate should hand over the OMR Answer Sheet personally to the Invigilator on duty before he/she leaves the Examination Hall.
